10 Hour Support Package includes 10 hours of on-site service and/or technical consultation. Get everything from expert technical advice and recommendations for your Small Business, to installation and configuration of your systems.
Hours of service are rendered M-F from 5pm - 9pm or on Saturday from 9am - 9pm. Exceptions to these hours will be made on a case-by-case basis.
* 1 hour of support is charged for each on-site service call, incremented in 1/2 hour intervals thereafter. All support package hours must be used within 1 year of purchase.
